There is a large menu for you to choose from, and you may eat in or take away.

if you wish a cooked meal, last orders must be placed before 1.30pm Monday through to Friday. After this time a sandwich service operates till 2pm when our cafe closes.

Our café provides hot and cold meals to eat in or take out at reasonable prices. The management are always looking at different menus to add more variety to their already extensive range. Our delivery service is available for all orders over £5.00 If ordering please state what you require, address and your telephone number. For more information Payment for meals is cash only. DELIVERY TIMES, COUNTER SERVICE & TELEPHONE ORDERS

Due to the high volume of pre-booked factory orders, home deliveries may take a little longer than normal. When visiting our café in person, you may experience at peak times a slight delay in our counter service. Jim does his very best to minimise this delay. Some customers have also reported having trouble with contacting our café on the telephone; this again is due to the high number of telephone orders especially at peak times. May we apologize if you should experience the above and the inconvenience this may cause. The road works on Pyewipe road may also cause some delays. Your custom is very important to us, and we will try to resolve any issues you may have.

History Of Our Café

Our family took over the café in 1988. At that time is was well run down and needed a lot of work doing to it. There are 4 family members who work hard to provide good food at modest prices and keep it up to the standard that you see today. Because we are a family run business, we pride ourselves on giving you a warm welcome as well as ‘Fills and no Frills’ meals. Over the years we have changed the menu to what people have requested, and boast a large varied variety. As requested by the public we started our delivery service which has proved very popular. Originally, the outside was painted white but people could still not find us. The decision was taken to choose a colour that people could not miss as such; it has become a landmark in its own right. The staff have seen friendships forged through the years as people exchange pleasantries over the table. For all the staff, the last 19 years have been hard work but, well worth it. May we thank you the public for supporting us over the years. The management are always looking for ways to improve their services, if you have any suggestions we will pleased to take these on board.
